Prefabricated - Kit Of Parts Construction is a modular system composed of custom‑engineered components designed to be assembled on site to deliver a wide range of housing solutions. Each element is engineered and tested to accommodate variations in the structural grid and to support different spatial configurations. All detailing and structural logic scale seamlessly with changes to the grid. Shop drawings and fabrication are fully managed by our production team and factory, ensuring precision and consistency. On‑site work is limited to straightforward assembly using the supplied bolts, fixings, and hardware. A specialist installation team is available through our network to support builders during assembly and commissioning.
